A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDDING APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE 23`d
AMENDMENT TO CITY BUDGET RESOLUTION NO. 2013-061 APPROPRIATING
$139,000 OF GRANT FUNDS FOR FINANCIAL CRIMES ENFORCEMENT, HEAVY-
VEHICLE TRAINING SITE DEVELOPMENT AND SOUTH REDDING BIKEWAY AND
PEDESTRAIN PATH DESIGN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2013-14
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
THAT Budget Resolution No. 2013-061 be and is hereby amended as follows:

THAT the purpose is to appropriate $139,000 for Financial Crimes Enforcement, Heavy-Vehicle
Training Site Development and South Redding Bikeway and Pedestrian Path Design for fiscal year
2013-2014.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced and read at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 20th day of May, 2014, and was duly
adopted at said meeting by the following vote:
