HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2013-089 - Amend Schedule of Fees J. e e RESOLUTION NO. 2013-089 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING ITS SCHEDULE OF FEES AND SERVICE CHARGES WHEREAS: A. On October 4, 1988, by Resolution 88-364, the City Council adopted a Schedule of Fees and Service Charges (Schedule), which has been subsequently amended from time-to- time; and B. Pursuant to said resolution, the City Manager is authorized and directed to revise, supplement and maintain the Schedule so that it will be, to the greatest extent possible, a comprehensive list of fees for City permits and services; and that a fee that is not on the Schedule will not be invalid but should be made a part thereof at the earliest possible time; and C. The City of Redding Support Services Department requests additional charges to the Airport Parking Fee Section of the Schedule of Fees and Service Charges; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Redding FINDS, DETERMINES, AND RESOLVES as follows: 1. The Schedule "Airport Parking Fee" is hereby amended to read as set forth on the attached Exhibit "A." 2. The effective date for the Airport Parking Fee is November 1,2013.
