RESOLUTION NO. 2013-046
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT P A Y-
FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2013
WHEREAS, staffhas recommended that the Executive Management Pay-for Performance
Salary Plan amended to provide 2 percent wage adjustments in Fiscal Year 2013-14 and 2014-15 for
specific classifications assigned to the Utilities, modifications to nine classifications and to add three
new classifications to address recruitment, retention and succession planning, effective July 1,2013;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City to adopt such
recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the Executive
Management Pay-for Performance Salary Plan be amended to provide 2 percent wage adjustments in
Fiscal Year 2013-14 and 2014-15 for specific classifications assigned to the Utilities, modifications
to nine classifications and to add three new classifications to address recruitment, retention and
succession planning, effective July 1, 2013.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced, read, and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 7th day of May, 2013, by the
