RESOLUTION NO. 2013-046 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT P A Y- FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2013 WHEREAS, staffhas recommended that the Executive Management Pay-for Performance Salary Plan amended to provide 2 percent wage adjustments in Fiscal Year 2013-14 and 2014-15 for specific classifications assigned to the Utilities, modifications to nine classifications and to add three new classifications to address recruitment, retention and succession planning, effective July 1,2013; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the Executive Management Pay-for Performance Salary Plan be amended to provide 2 percent wage adjustments in Fiscal Year 2013-14 and 2014-15 for specific classifications assigned to the Utilities, modifications to nine classifications and to add three new classifications to address recruitment, retention and succession planning, effective July 1, 2013.
