A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDDING APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE 44th
AMENDMENT TO CITY BUDGET RESOLUTION NO. 2011-111 APPROPRIATING
$263,100 FOR THE SEQUOIA AND LOCUST SAFE ROUTE TO SCHOOL PROJECTS FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2012-13
BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
THAT Budget Resolution No. 2011-111 be and is hereby amended as follows:

THAT the purpose is to appropriate $263,100 to construct a concrete median refuge at three existing school
crosswalks to enhance safe crossing to Sequoia Middle School, and to construct a concrete median refuge and
other visibility enhancements at the Locust Street pedestrian crosswalk west of Civic Center Drive to enhance
safe crossing to Cypress Elementary School for fiscal year 2012-13.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced and read at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Redding on the 5th day of February, 2013, and was duly adopted at said
meeting by the following vote:
