A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDDING APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE 45th
AMENDMENT TO CITY BUDGET RESOLUTION NO. 2011-111 APPROPRIATING
$122,900 FOR THE YANA AVENUE SAFE ROUTE TO SCHOOL PROJECT FOR FISCAL
YEAR 2012-13

THAT the purpose is to appropriate $122,900 for the Yana Safe Route to School project to construct
sidewalk from Shasta Meadows Elementary north along east Yana A venue to Yam Lane for fiscal year
2012-13.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced and read at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Redding on the 5th day of February, 2013, and was duly adopted at said
meeting by the following vote:
