RESOLUTION NO. 2011-195 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY- FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN, EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 13, 2011 WHEREAS, staffhas recommended that the Executive Management Pay-for Performance Salary Plan be amended to add the Electric Utility Distribution Planner I and II classifications, currently on the Unrepresented Non-Exempt Employee Schedule of Classifications and Hourly Wage Rates, making these classifications exempt and increasing the salary range by 5 percent, effective November 13, 2011; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the Executive Management Pay-for Performance Salary Plan be amended to add the Electric Utility Distribution Planner I and II classifications, currently on the Unrepresented Non-Exempt Employee Schedule of Classifications and Hourly Wage Rates, making these classifications exempt and increasing the salary range by 5 percent, effective November 13,2011.
