A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
(1) CONFIRMING THE MAP OF THE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT

WHEREAS:
A. On July 20, 2010, by Resolution 2010-85, the City Council approved the Report of the

D. The assessment for Fiscal Year 20 10---11 is $54.84, which is not an increase within the meaning

AS FOLLOWS:
1. The matters set forth above are true and correct.
2. The map ofthe assessment district contained in the Engineer's Report is confirmed.

e
4. The City Council finds that the Engineer's Report has fairly and properly apportioned the costs
of the improvements to each lot/remaining parcel of land in the district in proportion to the

5. An assessment of $54.84 against each developable lot/remaining parcel located within the
District for Fiscal Year 2010-11 is adopted, confirmed, and levied in the amount of $54.84,
except that an assessment shall not be levied on property owned by a Federal or State
governmental agency or another local agency.
