ORDINANCE NO. 2462
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF THE REDDING MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO THE REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF REDDING (RZ-2-09)
The City Council of the City of Redding does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the boundaries of the districts referred to in Section 18.01.050 of the Redding
Municipal Code, as designated on a map entitled "Zoning Map ofthe City of Redding, California,"
dated January 7,2003, are hereby altered as set forth on the map attached hereto and made a part
hereof by:

Rezoning:
Property at 4402 Eureka Way
From:
"RM-9"Residential Multiple Family District, "RS-2" Residential Single
Family District and "OS" Open Space District
To:
"RM-9-PD" Residential Multiple Family District with "PD" Planned
Development Overlay District, "RS-2" Residential Single Family District
with "PD" Planned Development Overlay District, and "OS" Open Space
District
2.
Rezoning:
Property at 4350 Eureka Way
From:
"RS-2" Residential Single Family District and "OS" Open Space District
To:
. "RS-2" Residential Single Family District with "PD" Planned Development
Overlay District and "OS" Open Space District
Section 2. On the basis of the information contained in Environmental Impact Report EIR -1-08, the
City Council finds that, with mitigation, the subject rezoning will not have a significant effect on the
environment.
