RESOLUTION NO. 2009 - 172 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING THE SERVICE EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION- CLERICAL, TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES EXEMPT EMPLOYEE SCHEDULE OF CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGE RATES, EFFECTIVE AUGUST 9, 2009. WHEREAS, staff has recommended an amendment to the Service Employees International Union (SEIU)--Clerical, Technical and Professional Employees Exempt Employee Schedule of Classifications and Salary Ranges, as set forth in the attached Exhibit "A"effective August 23, 2009; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the amendment to the Service Employees International Union (SEIU)--Clerical, Technical and Professional Employees Exempt Employee Schedule of Classifications and Salary Ranges be amended as set forth in the attached Exhibit "A," effective August 23, 2009.
