RESOLUTION NO. 2009 - 116
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDDING ESTABLISHING THE APPROPRIATION LIMIT FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2009-10 FOR THE CITY OF REDDING.
WHEREAS, State of California Government Code Section 7910 requires that each fiscal year
the governing body of a local jurisdiction shall by resolution establish an appropriation limit; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance for the City of Redding has calculated the appropriation
limit.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the appropriation limit for the City of Redding for
fiscal year 2009-10 shall be $171,868,138.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced and read at a regular meeting of
the City Council ofthe City of Redding on the 21st dayofJuly, 2009, and was duly adopted at said
meeting by the following vote:
