RESOLUTION NO. 2009 - 06
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDDING APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE
EMPLOYMENT AND BENEFIT POLICIES FOR
UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES, EFFECTIVE JANUARY
25,2009.
WHEREAS, staff has recommended an amendment to the Employment and Benefit
Polices for Unrepresented Employees to include the Municipal Utilities Manager (Water
T5/D5 Certification) in Standby Duty Compensation, effective January 25,2009; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City to adopt
such recommendations;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the
Employment and Benefit Polices for Unrepresented Employees to include the Municipal
Utilities Manager (Water T5/D5 Certification) in Standby Duty Compensation, effective
January 25,2009.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was introduced, read, and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 3rd day of February,
2009, by the following vote:
