. . RESOLUTION NO. 2008 - 150 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING THE SERVICE EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION- SUPERVISORY/CONFIDENTIAL EXEMPT EMPLOYEE SCHEDULE OF CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGE RATES, EFFECTIVE AUGUST 24, 2008. WHEREAS, staffhas recommended amendments to the Service Employees International Union (SEIU)-Supervisory/Confidential Employees Exempt Schedule of Classifications and Salary Ranges, as set forth in the attached Exhibit "B-1," effective August 24, 2008; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City to adopt such recommendations; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the amendments to the Service Employees International Union (SEIU)-Supervisory/Confidential Employees Exempt Schedule of Classifications and Salary Ranges, as set forth in the attached Exhibit "B-1," effective August 19,2008.
