HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2003-030 - Amend non exempt EmployeeRESOLUTION NO. 2003- ~ O A RESOLUTION FO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING THE NON-EXEMPT EMPLOYEE SCHEDULE OF CLASSIFICATIONS AND HOURLY WAGE RATES FOR THE SERVICE EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION-CLERICAL, TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES' UNIT, EFFECTIVE MARCH 2, 2003. WHEREAS, the Administrative Services Director has recommended that the Non-Exempt Employee Schedule of Classifications and Hourly Wage Rates for the Service Employees International Union, Clerical, Technical and Professional Employees' Unit, be amended as set forth in Exhibit "A-3," effective March 2, 2003,in order to add the classifications of Utility Specialist I and Utility Specialist II; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the Non- Exempt Employee Schedule of Classifications and Hourly Wage Rates for the Service Employees International Union, Clerical, Technical and Professional Employees' Unit, be amended as set forth in Exhibit "A-3," effective March 2, 2003.
