HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2002-151 - Stanford HillsRESOLUTION NO. 2002- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION VARIOUS STREETS PROVIDING ACCESS TO, AND A TRAIL REQUIRED BY, THE STANFORD HILLS PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SUBDIVISION (S-3-00 AND PD-2-99). WHEREAS, the required improvements for the Stanford Hills Planned Development Subdivision (S- 3-00 and PD-2-99) have been satisfactorily completed; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the recommendation of the City Engineer that the required improvements, namely the streets and trail set forth below, be accepted by the City for maintenance and operation; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding-- pursuant to the authority provided in Section 1806 of the California Streets and Highways Code--that the following required improvements for the Stanford Hills Planned Development Subdivision (S-3-00 and PD-2-99), as shown on the map attached hereto and incorporated by reference, are hereby accepted into the City street system for maintenance and operation by the City: (a) Buenaventura Boulevard from Keswick Dam Road to Sutro Mine Road; (b) Sutro Mine Road from Buenaventura Boulevard to Santa Cruz Drive; and (c) The trail from Sutro Mine Road to the Sacramento River Trail.
