AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF REDDING RELATING TO CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF REDDING (RZ 6-03).
The City Council of the City of Redding does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the boundaries of the districts as designated on a map entitled "Zoning Map
of the City of Redding, California," are hereby altered as set forth on the map attached hereto and made a
part hereof by:
REZONING: 1 Acre at 1100 Brandon Court
FROM: "NC" Neighborhood Commercial
TO: "RM- 15" Residential Multiple Family
Section 2. On the basis of the initial study for Rezoning Application RZ 6-03 prepared by
the Development Services Department, the City Council finds that the subject rezoning will not have a
significant effect on the environment and approves the Negative Declaration with the following findings:
1. Based on the whole record (including the Initial Study and any supporting
documentation), the City of Redding has determined that there is no substantial evidence
that the project will have a significant effect on the environment.

The Negative Declaration, with its supporting documents, reflects the independent
judgment and analysis of the lead agency, which is the City of Redding.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after the date of its adoption; and the
City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause its publication according to law.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced and read at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 16thday of Sept., 2003; and was duly read and
adopted on the 7th day of Oct.., 2003, at a regular meeting of the City Council by the following vote:
