RESOLUTION NO. 2007 - 192 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING THE SERVICE EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION- CLERICAL, TECHNICAL, PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES EXEMPT AND NON-EXEMPT EMPLOYEE SCHEDULE OF CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGE RATES, EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 23, 2007. WHEREAS, staffhas recommended amendments to the Service Employees International Union (SEIU}-Clerical, Technical and Professional Employees Exempt and Non-Exempt Employee Schedules of Classifications and Salary Ranges, as set forth in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B," effective September 23, 2007; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City to adopt such recommendations; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the amendments to the Service Employees International Union (SEIU}-Clerical, Technical and Professional Employees Exempt and Non-Exempt Employee Schedules of Classifications and Salary Ranges, as set forth in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B," effective September 23,2007.
