ORDINANCE NO. 2367
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF THE REDDING MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO THE REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF REDDING (RZ-10-05)
The City Council of the City of Redding does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That the boundaries of the districts referred to in Section 18.01.050 of the Redding
Municipal Code, as designated on a map entitled "Zoning Map of the City of Redding, California,"
dated January 7,2003, are hereby altered as set forth on the map attached hereto and made a part
hereof by:

Property at 2505 and 2515 Tarmac Road, and 2397 Shasta View Drive.
"GC" General Commercial District and "NC" Neighborhood Commercial
District
"GO" General Office District
TO:
SECTION 2. On the basis of the information contained in the Mitigated Negative Declaration for
the project, the City Council finds that, with mitigation, the subject rezoning will not have a
significant effect on the environment.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall not take effect until such time that the City Attorney certifies to
the City Clerk that: (1) City of Redding Resolution No. 2006-81, pertaining to General Plan
Amendment OP A-2-05, becomes legally effective and (2) a minimum of 30 days has passed since
adoption of the ordinance.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that this ordinance was introduced and read at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the 6th day of June, 2006, and was read and adopted at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 20th day of June, 2006, by the following vote:
