e e RESOLUTION NO. 2007 - 07 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING THE SERVICE EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION- CLERICAL, TECHNICAL, PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES AND SUPERVISORY/CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY SCHEDULES, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 14, 2007. WHEREAS, staff has recommended that the Service Employees International Union-Clerical, Technical, Professional Employee Unit Exempt and Non-Exempt, and the Supervisory/Confidential Exempt Employee Schedule of Classifications and Salary Ranges be amended as set forth in the attached Exhibits "A", "B", and "C", effective January 14, 2007; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City to adopt such recommendations; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the Service Employees International Union-Clerical, Technical, Professional Employee Unit Exempt and Non- Exempt, and the Supervisory/Confidential Exempt Employee Schedule of Classifications and Salary Ranges be amended as set forth in the attached Exhibits "A", "B", and "C", effective January 14, 2007.
