RESOLUTION NO. 2006 - 206
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
AMENDING THE MEMORANDUM OFUNDERST ANDING WITH SERVICE
EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION-CLERICAL, TECHNICAL,
PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES, EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 3, 2006.
WHEREAS, staffhas recommended that the Memorandum of Understanding with Service
Employees International Union-Clerical, Technical, Professional Employees be amended as set
forth in the attached Exhibit "A," effective December 3, 2006, in order to implement negotiated
salary equity adjustments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City to adopt such
recommendations;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the
Memorandum of Understanding with Service Employees International Union-Clerical, Technical,
Professional Employees be amended as set forth in the attached Exhibit "A," effective December
3,2006.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced, read, and adopted at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 5th day of December, 2006, by
