ORDINANCE NO. 2365
AN ORDINANCE; OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OlF THE REDDING MUNlCIPAL CODE RELATING
TO THE REZONING OFe CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY
OF REDDING (RZ-I-OI)
The City Council of the City of Redding does ordain as follows:
SECTION I. That the boundaries ofthe districts referred to in Section 18.01.050 of the Redding Municipal
Code, as designated on a map entitled "Zoning Map of the City of Redding, California," dated January 7,2003,
are hereby altered as set forth on the: map attached hereto and made a part hereof by:
Rezoning and prezoning of that property identified as the Stillwater Business Park site generally located north
and south of Rancho Road and east of Stillwater Creek and associated parcels on Fig Tree Lane and Loftus
Road:

SECTION 2. On the basis of the information contained in Environmental Impact StatementlEnvironmental
Impact Report EIS/EIR-I-QO, the City Council finds that, with mitigation, the subject rezoning will not have a
significant effect on the environment with the exception of Overriding Findings made for unavoidable
cumulative air quality impacts. .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall not take effect until such time that the City Attorney certifies to the City
Clerk that: (1) City of Redding Resolution No. 2006-2l, pertaining to General Plan Amendment GPA-2-01,
becomes legally effective and (2) that a minimum of 30 days has passed since adoption of the ordinance.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that this ordinance was introduced and read at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 18th day of April, 2006, and was read and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council on
the 2nd day of May, 2006, by the following vote:
