Property Location: Redding Motorsports Park/Redding Drag Strip, located on Old Oregon
Trail, a licensed portion of Assessor's Parcel Nos. 054-270-004 and
056-130-031
Agency Negotiator: Community Services Director Travis Menne
Negotiating Parties: City of Redding and Redding Drag Strip, Inc.; Redding Motorsports Park;
Shasta Kart Klub; and Shasta Supermoto
Under Negotiation: Price and Terms
