SUBJECT: 4.10(a)--Cancel Public Hearing regarding adjustments to Sched�ule of Fees and
Service Char es
Recommendation
Approve cancellation of the Public Hearing set for June 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the City
Council Chambers, 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding, California, to consider adjustments to the
City of Redding's Sched�ule of Fees and Service Charges, as previously approved by the City
Council at its meeting on May 19, 2026. This will be rescheduled for a future date.
Background/Analysis
A consent item was approved by the Council on May 19, 2026, to schedule a Public Hearing to
discuss the City of Redding's Schedule of Fees and Service Charges, which includes only those
fees that have recommended adjustments or have changed by Consumer Price Index (CPI) or
Construction Cost Index (CC�. Late noted changes need to be made to the Schedule, therefore,
the Public Hearing for June 16, 2026, is cancelled. This will return far scheduling at the July 21,
2026, Council meeting.
Environmental Review
This is not a project defined under the California Environmental Quality Act, and no further
action is required.
