II�IP CIVEMENT ACT OF 1911
WHE AS the City Council heretofore ardered �he formation of Sanitary Sewer Maintenance
Districts O1-07 and 01-19 (Districts) under autharity granted by the Improvement Act of 1911,
Chapter 26, Maintenance Districts, Streets and Highways +Code of the State c�f California, Section
5$20, et seq; and
�HE AS, the purpose of the Districts is to provide maintenance to the sewer lift statian
improvements as rec�uired by the cc�nditions of develapment approval of the H�pe Lane
Subdivision, 5-12-03 and SevenBridges Subdivision, 5-03-09/FL1-1-09/RZ-2-09; and
�VHE �.5,the Engineer has filed his Reparts with the City Clerk; and
WHE A�, the assessment far Fiscal Year 2{326-27 is not an increase; because the cost c�f
living adjustment provided far herein was approved at the time of the formatic�n of the District,

1. The matters s�t forth above are true, ccarrect;and are adapted herein.
2. The Engineer's Reports, as filed, are hereby approved.
3. The Engineer's Reports, on file with the City Clerk, contain a fuil and detailed
descriptic�n of the improvements, the boundaries of the Districts, and the proposed
assessments upc�n the assessable lots within the Districts.
4. The �xisting improvements for the Districts are set forth in the �ngineer's Reports on file
with the �ity Clerk.
5. The general locations c�f the lots in the I)istricts are set forth in Part A t�f the Engineer's
Reports on file with the �ity Cl�rk.
6. Only c�sts for maintenance and repairs to the sewer lift station, including electric and
water charges; replacement of pumps, force mains, and appurtenances; maintenanee of
any buildings or structure5 housing sewer lift station facilitaes; other improwements to
remove or cover graffiti� administrative costs, and such other maintenance and incidental
expenses as are authorized by Streets and Highways Code 'Sectians 5$21, will be
assessed:
7. A public hearing wilt be held t�n July 21, 20�6, at the �aur of b.00 p.m., or as s�on
thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers located at 777
Cypress Avenue, Redding, Califarnia, to address the confirmatian and approval of the
proposed assessment for Fiscal Year 2026-27,

9. The City Clerk shall give notic�of said public hearing.

meeting c�f the City Council c�f the City of Redding on the 1�t�' day of June, 2426, by the
