The matters set farth abc�ve are true; correct, and are adopted herein. 2. According to the Streets and Highways Cade �22623, the Engineer's Report, as filed, is hereby appraved. 3. The Engineer's Report, on file with the City Clerk; contains a camplete and detailed description of the impro vements,the boundaries of the District and any zones therein, and the proposed assessments upon the assessable acres and remaiz�ing parcels within the District. 4: The existing improvements fc�r each subdivision in the District are outlined in Part B of the Engineer's Repc�rts on file with the City Clerk. 5. The general locatians of the acre5 and remaining parcels in the District are outlined in Part A of the Engineer's�Zeports an file with the City Clerlc. 6. Only costs for the maintenance of landscaping,miscelianeous lighting, mulching,vand�lism, repairs ta the irrigation syste�n, electric and water charges, replacernent t�f vegetatic�n as necessary, remc�val of trimmin�,s, rubbishi and debris, maintenance of the detention basin, and other improvements to remove or cover graffiti, administrative cc�sts, painting of any walls, and such other maintenance and incidental expenses as are authorized by Streets and Highways Code Sections 22526 and 22531 will be assessed. 7, A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at the hour of 6:00 p.m., ar as 5oon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers located at 777 Gypress Avenue; Redd'rng, California, to address the confirmation and ap�roval of the propc�sec� assessment for the�iscal Year 2026-27.
