SUBJECT: 6.1--Cancellation of Public Hearing to consider City of Redding electric rate
increases.
Recommendation
The Public Hearing continued from the regular City Council meeting held on March 3, 2026,
regarding City of Redding Electric Utility (REU) rate increases and increasing the Residential
Energy Discount, is hereby cancelled and will not be discussed by the Council at this time.
