Pursuant and subject to all c�f the terms and pr�visions of the Harbor and Watercraft Revolving Fund program, a�plication be made by the City c�f Redding to the State of California, J�epartment of Boating and Waterways for funding. 2. The +City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause the necessary data ta be prepared and application to be �igned and filed with the State of California Department of Boating and Waterways.
