The meeting was called to order at 4:45 p.m. by Mayor Mike Littau with the fallowing Cauncil
Members present: Tenessa Audette, Dr. Paul Dhanuka, Ja�k Munns and Erin Resner.
Alsa present: City Attorney Christian M. Curtis,Interim City Manager Kari Kibler, Management
Analyst Kristen McGee; and Executive Assistant TI Erin Barnhart.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Littau announced that no one present wished to speak regarding the fallowing Closed
Session itern.
CLQSED SESSION
At tlle houx of 5:06 p.m.,Mayar Littau opened the Special Meeting and announced that the Cauncil
would adjourn to Closed Session.
At the hour of 6:43 p.m, Mayor Littau reconvened the Special Meeting to Open Session and
reported that in reference ta;
