The meeting was called to order by Mayor Mike Littau with the fflllowing Cauncil Members
present: Tenessa Audette, Jack Munns, and Erin Resner. Vice Mayor br. Paul Dhanuka was
absent.
Alsa present; City Attorney Christian M. Curtis, Interim City Manager Kari I�ibler; City Clerk
Sharlene Tipton, and Executive Assistant II Erin Barnhart.
PUBLIC CQMMENT
Mayor Littau announced that no one present wished to speak regarding the following Clased
Session iterns.

At the hour af 5;1 b p.m,Mayor Littau opened the Special Meeting and announced that the Council
would adjourn ta Closed Session.
At the hour of 6:37 p.m:, Mayor Littau recc�nvened the Special Meeting to t`?pen Session and
