The meeting was called to order by Mayar Mike Littau with the foilc�wing Council Members
pres�nt: Tenessa Audette, Jack Muns�s, and Erin Resner. Council Member I�r. Paul Dhanuka was
absent.
Also present:Assistant City Attamey Stacy Larson,Personnel Directc�r I�ari Kibler;and City Clerk
Sh:az-lene Tipton.

The Mayar nc�ted that no one from the public was present.
CLOSED SESSI()N
At the hour af 3:31 p.m.,Mayar I�ittau opened the Special Meeting and annourrced that the Gouncil
would adjoum to Closed Session.
At the �Zour of 4:5� p.m., Mayar Lrittau reconvened the Special Meeting to C)pen Session and
Assistant City Attarney Larson reported that in reference to;

year, which is before the new City Manager wi1l b� available �o start: In order ta ma�imize
continuity during this period c�f transition, Mr. Bade has offered to resign from the pc�sitian of
Inter�m City Manager sa that some�ne who wi11 be here is better positioned t� bring the new City
Mar�ager up to speed. The City Council vnted unazii�nously to accept NIr. �ade's resignation,
eftective December 20, 2t}2�. The Gity Gc�u��cil voted 3-1, Council Member Munns casting the
apposing vate; to appoint Personnel Direetor Kari Kibler to the position of Interizxl City Manager
effective as of December 21, 2025, and to contznue�zntil the new City Manager t�:kes office:
Pursuant to Gc�vernment Code Section 5��57.1(a}; the City Council took no reportable action on
Agenda itern 3(A)(2),
