The Special Closed Sessi�n Council Meeting continued from December 3, 2025, regarding Item
3A, was ealled to order at 4:30 p.m. by Vice Mayor Dr.Paul Dhanuka with the follawing Cauncil
Members present:Tenessa Audette and Erin Resi�er. Mayor Mike Littau and Council Member.Tack
Munns arrived at 4:31 p.m.
Alsa present: City Attorney Christian M. Curtis; Personnel Directar Kari Kibler, and City Clerk
Sharlene Tiptan.
FUBLIC CfJMMENT
There was no one present who wished to speak�egarding the follawing Closed Session item.
CLOSED SESSION
At the hour of 4:30 p:m., Vice Mayor Dr. Dhanuka opened the Special Meeting and announced
that the Council would adjflurn to Closed Sessioti.
At the hour of 5�38 p.m., Mayor Littau reconvened the Special Meeting to {?pen Session and
reported that in reference to;
