Public -works of said. State, of a public' improvement, ,,namely,a. road,, street, or 'highway and necessary works in 'connection therewith, upon,' over,' and across those certainland_ hereinafter in this resolution. described, and the City Council of said .City' of Redding HEREBY FINDS AND.
