1 i.12.010 is amended t€�re�d in its entirety as fallaws:
11.12.01U - Establish�d on certain streets.
A. In accordance with the provisions c�f Sections 22357 and 22358 t�f the Vehicle Code
of the State of California,the City has had engineering and traffic surveys prepared by the
I'ublic Works I��pa�-tment in cooperation with the Police Department, which surveys
include the streets ar portions c�f streets set fflrth in this C�apter.
B. Considering the recommendations resulting frc�rn the surveys; the City Ccruncil has
deterrnined that the fallowing speed limits shall be established to provide an orderly and
safe rnovement oftraffic, and that such speed limits are reasonable in each respective street
location:

in the California Environmental Quality Act,and therefor�is not subject to the provisions requiring
environmental review.

any person c�r circlimstance is held invalid, the remainder c�f the ordinance and the applicatic�n of
such provision will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Section 4. This orclinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption,
and the City Clerk shall certify to the adc�ptic�n thereof and cause its publication according to lavv.
