Fiscal Impact There is no �scal impact associated with the approval of this report. AZteNnative Action City Council (Council) could choose to not accept the report recognizing City of Redding (City) employees who have achieved service milestones. Background/Analysis The City has recognized employees who have achieved or will achieve service milestones every year during the mid-October Council Meeting. This is our way of recognizing employees for their dedication and service to the City and the community we serve. Recognizing employees for their service and commitment to the City, as well as the community that they serve, is extremely important. City employees are essential to this organization and the services we provide to the community. Without dedicated staff, we would be unable to serve our community efficiently and effectively. Environmen�al Review This is not a project defined under California Environmental Quality Act, and no further action is required.
