WHEREAS, the City Council previously approved the use of Community Development Block
Grant Disaster Recovery Multi -Family Housing Program funds in the Piper Way Senior
Apartments development; and
WHEREAS, the Piper Way Senior Apartments development has been satisfactorily completed
according to City of Redding and California State Housing and Community Development
guidelines
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council that the Piper Way Senior.
Apartments development has been satisfactorily completed.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Redding on the 2nd day of December, 2025, and was duly adopted at
said meeting by the following vote:
