Modoc Meat CA Jobs First — Marketing the USDA-feasible Modoc Meat Processing Plant to attract investors, expand processing capacity, and grow the regional agricultural economy. BDO Zone USDA — Collaborating with Shasta EDC to evaluate biomass feedstock availability, supply, pricing, and associated risks. Wells Fargo Projects Wells Fargo — Partnering with CFC for rural downtown revitalization and Shasta College EWD on entrepreneurial boot camps. Loan readiness TA will be funded through the grant.
