There was much discussion in regard tc lost and found pro�erty which
had bee� �turned in to �h� Police Do�iarts�nt and thc�nandlin� of same,
vahereby Police Chief S�:oup was requested to �ive the �ity I.Zana�r a
ecanplete report on all such property in �ossession of the Police Dept.
Councilrnan ll=iorrison recom:;ended that in the e.vent tYr�t another C:nief
of Police should be selected, Captain Scot,t F. Lincecum be considered
for t he job. This rnatter was passed to the city 1Vl�nrl�er and the �'olice
Co�anit tee as it is enti rely under t heir juris dictio n.
