' SEvdER 1�EP�TAL CHARG.F�S: A group of citizens appeared before the City Council to protest of the Sewer.l3ental charges to them under Ordinance No. 353; I�,�ayor Anderson explained in full the cause f.or such a fee; also protested certain publicity by the local netivspaper which he co��erlded puts the City Council in a bad light. ��ii�ong those taking part in tY�e discussion was: I�rdr�k Baker, 1l�24 Spruce St; C.E.
