J, Collins, presented problem of inadequate sewage facilities in the Highland Add, to Redding. The City Council asked Dr. Collins to inform the residents of that area to petition the City for a sewer assessraent distr�ct, if' they desire such improvement. Casy U'Brien, Ylanni:ig Corr�nissioner,, called the Council's Attention to Streets in sanle Addition which do not follow through with the seu�e name �rhich causes con�usion. The City Council took s�me under advisement. �IUNICIPAL BAND: City l�igr Storm, advised the City Council that the City has 33 people who will form a fd2unicipal Band pending adequate funds for instruments. Council- man Anthony moved, seconded by Cour;cilman Buchea that the sum of �1500.00 be set aside f'or purchase of same under City of Reddir� supervision, and , that instruments will belong to the City of Redding.
