City Couricil asking that Linden Avenue be improved for her -own use and that
� of other property owners. Sanitdry conditions in that part of town were
, discussed, and the City l�anager was a sked to send the City Health Uificer
out to irivestigate; and the Street Co,zunittee to report on ir�iproverient of
� Linden Avenue.

20 - 30 Club� Safety Si�ns: '
� The 2U - 30 Club reported that Safety Signs are ready to be put up at each
end of Il�arket Street, ans asked location and assistance in hanging the
banners. Councilman Swarts moved, seconded by Councilr:ian Haskell tnat the

CITY MAP:
Letter dated October 4, from tr�e Citv Plaruzing Conunission requested that �p500.00
: be set aside to pay one dr.aftsman�s salary for the preparation of a new map of
the C1ty addino a radius of three miles to the existing City Limits.

City Atty Carlton, reviewed the Kutras lease as revamped and agreed upon between �
himself and Attorney for Christ Kutras. Councilman Dunlap motred that leasing of
the xutras Tract be dropped. There was no second to the motion. Cou�icilrnan Svrarts
moved to authorized the �ayor to sign the lease as drewn, ThE�e was no second to �
the motion. `rhe matter was then held on file.
RE: HILL S'IttETT:
A matter of the exchange of' proper•ty, triangular in shape 10 X 1L}0 ft �fi Hill Street
or at 21g3 California Street by Charles �ones for a parcel of larid in the City Farm ,
the Park Committee and the City ivlanager to check into the matter and report to the
City Council. The Clerk was asked to refer same to tt��e nlar7rling Commission for therr
