Williams, 2062 Chestnut Street, the City ivianager stated that the City Nill start it's sidewalk program as soon as the City purchases fn�rns to build them, As to recreation facilities in `' the North City Park, it was decided that t he City should look into . having the"park planned before any buildings are placed. The City Council expects to review � a plat a�ready prepared for. the park. VAnIANCE - SOUTH STREET: Homer Baker, local contractor asked that variance �e granted on lots ' or� South Street in the Garden Subdivision in �regard to 5 ft set froin property lines.
