The meeting was ca-lled to order by I�'layor Buchea. On roll-call the follow-

Clyde Alsin of Akin and Peck, Contractors vaas present and asked for permission
to complete a building prograrn they had started under the old buildin� coa3d
standards. Thirteen units had been built, and i;o build the last two under
the neu� building code would change the set back on only two of them. Cou.ncil-
man Anderson maaaed, seconded by Councilman iiaskell that whereas the plans
had been started prior to tiie neva set-up, that Akin and Feck be allo�ved to
complete the project under the original plans. The property: involved is
descriGed as Lot 3, Block 115, Garen Sub�ivision. Voting was as follows:
