Thirteen units had been built, and i;o build the last two under the neu� building code would change the set back on only two of them. Cou.ncil- man Anderson maaaed, seconded by Councilman iiaskell that whereas the plans had been started prior to tiie neva set-up, that Akin and Feck be allo�ved to complete the project under the original plans.
