The Ci-ty Engineer re- ported tnat the east wall of the building is cracked through. the founda- tion to the top; that bids froin �7,000.00 to 22,000.00 had been received to remove the second story and finish the buildin� f� a Recreation 8enter; also that as the State had condemned the buildin�, plans for remodeling should be okayed by the State.
