meeting was adjourned to Monday, July 8, 1946 at 10:00 A.14.

The meeting was called to order by .ayor Buchea, On roll -call the following
Councilmen were present: Anderson., Dunlap, Haskell, Swarts and Buchea. City
Manager Neal presented his transmittal of the 1946-47 budget, and the City
Council proceeded to examine same.
FEES:
Councilman Anderson moved that all fees including building, plumbing,
electrical inspection, for delinquent tax collection and pound fees be
turned into the City Treasurer and go into the General Fund; and that
all city ordinances be revised to read likewise. 1lotion was seconded
by Councilman Haskell. Voting was as follows:
Ayes: Councilmen: Anderson, Dunlap, Haskell, Swarts and Buchea
Noes: Councilmen: Nose
Absent: Councilmen: None
RESOLUTION NO. 1426:
City Manager Bond:
Councilman Anderson moved to adopt Resolution No. 1426 to set the City
Ivianager's Bond.at. $15,000.00; seconded by Councilman Dunlap. On roll -
call 'zotifiglWas_.as. follows:
Ayes: Cogricilmen: Anderson, Dunlap; Haskell, Swarts and Buchea.
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent: Counci3men: Done
REnDING OF CITY MGR ORDINANCE:
The Ordinance setting up the City "•anager form of government was read by the
City Attorney, for general discussion.
The meeting was adjourned until 2:00 P.M., July 8, 1946

The meeting was called to order by haayor Buchea. On roll -call the following
Councilmen"were present: Anderson, Dunlap, Haskell, Swarts and Buchea.
Councilman Anderson,moved to declare a policy that lights be installed in
all city parks; seconded by Councilman Haskell, On roll -call, voting was
as follows:
Ayes: Councilmen: Anderson, Dunlap, Haskell, Swarta and Buchea.
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent: Councilmen: None
RESOLUTION NO. 1427: -
Sale of Redding 1946 Sewer Bond§:
Councilman Anderson moved to adopt Resolution No. 1427 authorizing and
directing the Sale of City of Redding 1946 Sewer Bonds; seconded by
Councilman Dunlap. Voting was as follows:
Ayes: Couhcilinan: Anderson, Dunlap, Haskell, Swarts and Buchea.
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent: Councilmen: None
The meeting was adjourned to 10:00 A.M., July 9, 1946
