HEARING TO REZONE EAST STREET After hearing application and protesta on rezoning of East Street from Tehama Street 1/2 block East and �Jest to Sacramento Str�et� Councilman 5warts made a motion, seconded by Counc3lman Anderson, to hold any decision in the matter over until the Planr.ing advisor, due to arrive in Redding on �llay 3rd, looks into the situation. Swarts and Harry Bostwick a study of diversion of heavy traffic off Market Street. This motion was seconded by Councilman Swarts.
