Counci]man Anderson made a motion seconded by Councilman Haskell to adopt Hesolution Il1379 rescinding adoption oi' Resolution !j1366 in view of the City Attourny's opinion that it might go through proper course. Voting was as Pollows: AY�:S : Councilmen: Brennan, Nemsted and Dunlap. NOES : Councilmen: Pione. PASSED: CounciLnen: Anderson and Haskell, ' kf3SRNT: Councilmen: None. Transfer oP Funds Councilman Anderson made a motion, seconded by Councilnian to transfer �40,000,00 from the Electrical Departrnent Fund to the General Furid. The motion ;x�ssed Uy a unanimous vote.
