CounciLnen were present: Anderson, Brennan, Haskell, Hemsted and Dunlap.
Attourny Shadwell was sworn to oath in behalf of Sargent Charles F3u11,L{anila,
P. I. He presented a telegr�m on file from Charles Bull, giving his vrife,
Sherma Bull, power to act in his behalf, A supple:eent annlication was fi.led;

filed. Sherma Bul1 was sr;orn in and took oath £or qualifications £or permit; '

Upon opinior� of the City kttourny as to :cisrepresentation in the application

Anderson made a motion seconded by Councilman Haskell to adopt Hesolution Il1379
rescinding adoption oi' Resolution !j1366 in view of the City Attourny's opinion
that it might go through proper course. Votin� was as follovrs:

Truck Route
After much discussion, Councilman E3rennan made a motion, secor.ded by Councilman
Hemstedet�e dopt plans for a Lruck route as drawn up by the City Engineer, and as
recomm/ �y �harnber of Commerce, and_City Planning Committee. Voting was as Pollows:
AY�:S : Councilmen: Brennan, Nemsted and Dunlap.
NOES : Councilmen: Pione.
PASSED: CounciLnen: Anderson and Haskell, '

Transfer oP Funds
Councilman Anderson made a motion, seconded by Councilnian to
transfer �40,000,00 from the Electrical Departrnent Fund to the General Furid.
The motion ;x�ssed Uy a unanimous vote.

lution (113g0, grantin� permit to Nlilliam Taylor Alward to operate a transooration
comrany for the purpose o£ transporting persons lor compensation over certain
streets in the City oC Redding for a term of Five years; and, including the opinion
of the Cit,y Council in the roatter of' the apolication on said �:illiam Taylor Alward
for such a oermit: and an order denyin� the aooiication of Charles Bull for such
permit, Voting was as follows:
