hS. Livingston in regard to payments on rrater eatenaion on Greenvrood
Heighta sub-division. The letter presented int'a mation to tha Council ,
as to status oP ocmerehip of said eatension agreement; that under said
agreement City ia noc� in arreara for last three semi-anual poymenta;
that nethod of coiaputing payme�s is complicated and tlat it nould be
eimipler to all parties concerired for the City to pqy out this obligation
in o� l�p s� and it rrould reeult in the discontinca�me of carrying this
burden by either party. The Counc i1 stiid tffit the metter bould be checked

�r. Newton said that he kiad a lease between tha City of Redding and Bemsted- �
Hinds on Airport ready for approval, and asked about Libility Insurance.
The inaurance on tcro ships vrould be about $�1,200.00 and increase if any more
shipa weia added. He said tlt�t if tk�e �unds nere kept in shape, it ctould
be unlikly there crould be an accident tk�at would require insu mnce; othernise
operating of planes d�es not effect tha City. That in thia case tk�e City has
been running a riak every since they have ormed the Airport. IInder thia agree-
ment the City rrould naintain the grounde; that for the sake for protection it
�vould be advisAble to Yence the Airport flrom atr�y stock and autc�obilea.
The committee on the Airport is to con�ider the lease and regulutions.
