Before the school was built, other str�ets r--� drains helped to take care of this excess waLer. He said t�at there was ��� a dedieated alley that could take care of the drain and that prope�y ov�ners _ agree to help with t'rie expense if this would be�::tt�kcn care of. �'he Clerk 1 caas asked to look up property deeds �nd Cit;/ �ngineer c�as requested to look � �j__� over the situation to bee �vhat might be done about it. CITY LOTS . � P.ir. Joe Dia2 appeared before the City Council and asked to buy City's interest in lots on Pleasant Street at price of 45.00 for all d�f them. Pearl reported that there have been inquiries from prospective buyers ior this property.
