Mr. Clark Nye-Irisurance Nir. Clark Nye appeared before the City Council regarding additional �insurance to offset. additions and betterments aud added equiprrient to the City of Redding, The matter was referred to Council- man Dunlap and City Attorney G1enn�D. Earl Sholes, Actin�; ChieP of Police told the City Council � that it vaould be necessary for �ir. �'�r�ery, the Pound Master to make a trip below to see a skin specialist regardin� an infection in his � hands and asked f or per�ission t o hire extr.a help during his absence. bTr. Sholes was �iven authority to hire this extra help. Board of Health Councilman Anderson told the members of the City Council that the City Board or Heal.th were not Punetioning as a board should and su�g- ested that regular m�etin�s sliould be held at regular intervals in ' order tnat the City Health Officer could discuss his many problems with them.
