After diecussion on the advisability of bringing such .euit, Councilman Anderson- move� that the Resolut�ion, �Tumber 1260, authorizing the City Attorney to proceed, be adopted. ancl. Councilman Haskell seeonded the motion. Councilmen Ha:skell, Anderson and Fiarri- son voted in Pavor of the motion and �ounciL�men Gronwoldt end Dunlap � voted against the resolution.
