Councilrrlan Dunlap made a motion that :�1600:100 be transferred from the Electric Fund to the Iviunieipal Light �� Power Nund; motion seconded by Councilman Harrison �and on roll call, motion carried by una-ni�ous vote of a11 counc�ilmen present.
